Make your steps count. Help raise awareness for esophageal cancer!
Come join us for an early spring run and spend a fun morning promoting health and raising awareness about this curable disease. Enjoy light refreshments, and much more as we gather together for the cause.
The Honorable Ellen Tauscher – esophageal cancer survivor – four years disease free – will serve as our honorary chair.
According to the National Cancer Institute over 18,000 people are diagnosed with esophageal cancer annually and the incidence is increasing. The most common type of esophageal cancer can be linked to issues such as chronic heartburn. Learn how to decrease risk through diet, exercise and more.
